Drove combined App MAU to 4M; Google SEO impressions exceeded 1M.
- Online Goods Transaction Product PIC: Led the rebuild of Southeast Asia's digital product transaction system, integrating three parties — Shopee × local merchants × central bank payment protocols — to launch end-to-end top-up and bill payment features from 0 to 1, with full SKUs management, order processing, fulfillment, and multi-party reconciliation. Daily order volume grew 115% to 80K; daily GMV grew 133% to $300K; user penetration doubled, user base grew 126%, net profit grew 63%.
